Autumn is the ripening season for mushrooms. If you can't finish eating a large number of mushrooms, how about another way to eat them? In fact, mushrooms can be fried. They taste like meat. Do you like the taste?

raw materials: fresh and tender Pleurotus ostreatus, eggs, potato starch, pepper and salt

Method:

1. Stir the egg liquid well, then add potato starch and beat it well again;

2. Remove the root of Pleurotus ostreatus. After cleaning, blanch it slightly in boiling water;

3. Fish out too cold, squeeze dry water, large pieces of mushroom hand tear into small pieces;

4. Stir mushrooms into batter evenly;

6. Deep fry in medium heat until the skin is hard, then remove and control the oil;

7. When the oil temperature rises, add the mushroom and fry it again. After changing color, remove it immediately, control the oil (or use kitchen paper to absorb oil) and then put it on the plate;

8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
