1. Peel the red pear for use.
2. Pour the red wine into a small pot and add the peeled red pear.
3. Add the cloves, heat the red wine to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Can be flavored with rock sugar, stewed pear in red wine after soaking better color.
