1. Pour the tofu into the plate, slice it into slices, and gently turn it into an oblique shape with your hand; shred the green onion and soak it in water.
2. Pour chopped peppers on tofu, pour soy sauce, and wrap tofu dish with plastic film. Don't let the air leak.
3. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil. Add tofu plate and steam for 10 minutes.
4. After turning off the fire, take out the tofu plate, remove the plastic film, sprinkle the onion shreds with drained water, and then pour on the hot oil.
