Easy version of duck blood and vermicelli soup

1: prepare the ingredients.

2: Vermicelli, bean curd in cold water.

3: Bring to a boil, add duck blood and simmer for 3 minutes.

4: In another pot of water, add ginger and cooking wine, bring to a boil, add duck gizzards and cook for 5 minutes.

5: Cut the duck gizzard into pieces, cut the scallion into sections, and chop the coriander.

6: Boil a pot of water, add concentrated chicken soup, add vermicelli, oil tofu.

7: Add duck blood, add 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp pepper oil, 1 tsp chili oil, 1 tsp vinegar, and a little sesame oil.

8: Finally, sprinkle coriander, chives and turn off the fire.
