Double cooked pork with lotus root slices

1. Prepare the ingredients; cut the cooked bacon into large pieces

2. Cut onion into pieces; wash lotus root, peel and slice

3. Add oil into the pan, heat it, add shredded ginger and Pixian chili; stir fry red oil over low heat, then add meat slices and stir fry evenly

4. Add the onion and stir fry until the meat sliced with oil; cook the cooking wine, add the soy sauce sugar and stir fry evenly
