A new way to eat coarse grain

1. Mix the material evenly and knead it into a smooth dough.

2. Cover with plastic film and ferment in a warm place until twice as large.

3. Add the dough to B and knead it repeatedly until there is no air hole

4. Divide the dough into 10 pieces of 30 grams and 10 pieces of 15 grams, and knead them respectively, one large and one small as a group.

5. Take a large dough and press it into a round cake with your hand. Knead the small dough again.

6. Dip a layer of cooking oil on the dough and put it in the round cake. Wrap the dough in the cake and knead it repeatedly at the mouth of the tiger until it looks as shown in the picture.

7. After finishing all the ingredients in turn, put them on the steamer with thin oil and wake up for 15 minutes in the steamer. Boil the water over a high heat, add gas, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before uncovering the pot cover.
