Beef and kelp soup is recommended as the best clear soup with oil but not greasy in summer

1. Take a piece of dried kelp and soak it in water

2. Soak kelp as needed, cut garlic into minced garlic, and wash beef

3. Cut beef into small pieces and marinate for 15 minutes with half garlic, 1 / 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 / 2 tbsp sesame oil
