The highlight of marinated vegetarian chicken

1. Wash the plain chicken and cut it into 1cm thick slices

4. Heat the oil in the pan, first put in the dry pepper, stir fry until the color is dark and spicy, then add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise stir fry until fragrant

5. Add enough boiling water, add 3 tbsp brine juice, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp Huadiao wine, and add plain chicken after boiling
