1. Mix 2 teaspoons of barbecued pork sauce, 1 spoon of spareribs sauce and 1 spoon of tomato sauce.
2. Remove the skin of squid, remove the viscera inside the stomach, remove the mucous membrane, and wash.
3. Put in cold water and refrigerate for 4 hours.
4. Remove, drain and cut into sections.
5. Marinate the squid in the sauce for 10 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven 180 & deg; and place the pickled squid in a tin coated baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
7. If you like, brush the roasted squid with sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
Tips
Squid is easy to be cooked. Don't bake it too long and the temperature should not be too high.
