Vinegar mixed with double silk, summer might as well eat more "vinegar"

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin wires.

2. Soak the shredded potatoes in water twice and remove the starch.

3. Cut the shredded carrot into thin strips.

4. Boil the water in the pot, put the shredded potatoes and carrots together and cook for half a minute.

5. Take out the cold boiled water.
