Milk flavored pumpkin soup sweet, waxy and smooth pumpkin dessert

1. Peel and flesh the pumpkin and cut it into slices.

2. Dice the onion.

3. Steam the pumpkin in a steamer.

4. Heat the nonstick pan and stir fry the butter over low heat.

5. Add the onion and stir fry until soft.

6. Mash the onion, milk and steamed pumpkin in the blender.

7. Pour the pumpkin puree into the just non stick pan (no need to wash if there is no paste pot).

8. Cook pumpkin puree over low heat (pumpkin puree is just bubbling) and add a little salt and black pepper.

9. Do not stop stirring with the shovel until the juice thickens and turn off the heat.
