Stir fried green beans with dried radish in summer

1. Take out the green beans, wash them with clean water, and control the water for standby

2. Boil the soybeans in the pot until they are cut off. Remove them and cool them quickly with ice water. Control the moisture content

3. Dry diced turnip (if the purchased radish is too salty and dry, it needs to be soaked in water in advance), heat the frying pan with wide oil, and pour the diced radish into the pot

4. Stir fry the diced radish until it is dry. Put the boiled soybeans into the pot

5. Stir fry the ingredients in the frying pan with medium and small fire power until the skin of soybean is slightly wrinkled and burnt. Stir in soy sauce and sugar and stir well

6. Turn down the stove fire and continue to bake the green beans and diced radish in the frying pan until the clear oil is tight and juicy. Pour a spoonful of red and spicy oil before starting the pot
