Amber wax gourd moistens lung and produces fluid in summer

1. Wash wax gourd, peel and flesh, and set aside.

2. Cut wax gourd into 1.5cm cubes.

3. Cut off the four corners and edges of square wax gourd with a knife.

6. Blanch wax gourd balls in water.
