Stewed pork ribs soup with mushroom and bamboo shoot

1. Wash and drain the spareribs, blanch them in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then remove them and rinse them.

2. Wash and peel off the shell of green bamboo shoot, then cut off the part with coarse fiber and cut into pieces; wash and drain the green onion and cut into sections for standby.

3. Wash the mushroom, soak it in cold water for 3 hours, and then fish it for use.

4. Take the soup pot, first pour in the water, then put in the ribs of practice 1, the green bamboo shoots of practice 2 and the mushrooms of practice 3. First boil them in high heat until they are boiling, then cover the pot cover and turn to low heat to simmer for about 40 minutes.
