1. Take konjac powder out of the box, wash it with clear water and drain it for standby; wash and shred cucumber and carrot, peel garlic and cut into pieces;
2. Put a proper amount of water in the pot, boil it and put in konjac powder, blanch for 2 to 3 minutes;
3. Take out the konjac powder, put it into cold boiled water and cool it, then take it out and drain it;
4. Put the konjac powder, shredded green melon and shredded carrot in the big bowl in step 3;
5. Put in the minced garlic and other seasonings, mix well.
