Steamed beef with classic Sichuan delicacy rice noodles

1. Remove the fascia from the beef, cut it into 0.3cm thick slices across the meat grain, put them into a large bowl, and then put Pixian Douban (chopped), soy sauce, oil, mash juice, ginger powder and rice flour.

2. Mix the materials well.
