Rare fresh seafood taste of minced garlic, vermicelli and scallop

step 1: wash scallops first

1. When washing, first brush the dirt off the fan shell, because we usually use the shell as the container.

2. Use a narrow knife to open the shell along the skirt of the scallop.

3. Use the tip of a knife to scrape off the scallop, skirt and inedible parts.

4. Remove the internal organs, leave the scallop meat, and wash half of the shell for use.

Step 2: Cooking

1. Marinate the scallop meat with white wine and salt.

2. Soak vermicelli in hot water for standby.

3. Cut the garlic and red pepper, and cook half of the garlic in oil in the pot (this step is less than the picture)

4. Take the clean shell, spread some vermicelli, put on the red pepper ring, scoop up a spoonful of cooked garlic and oil.

5. Put the marinated scallop on the vermicelli, and then spread a layer of raw garlic on it.

6. Put the scallops in the steamer and steam for 3-5 minutes.

7. Pour some steamed fish and soy sauce on the steamed scallops, and sprinkle with scallions.
