Making use of crystal radish roll

1. Chinese wolfberry hair, chopped shallot. Cut the white radish into thin slices, marinate it with a little salt for a while, then rinse it with water, so that the white radish will become very soft and will not break when rolled up.

Tips:

1. I added a chopped green onion to the dumpling stuffing. As the saying goes, "steam salty and boil light". I'm afraid the stuffing will be too salty after steaming.
