Stewed curry beef

1. Peel potatoes and cut carrots into hobs, shreds onions and cuts beef.

2. Pour the first olive oil into the wok.

3. Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic.

4. Add half of the onion and stir fry to make it fragrant.

5. Stir in the beef.

6. Add cooking wine and stir fry for a while.

7. Put the curry in.

8. Do not add water to stir fry the curry.

9. Add water and boil for 1 hour.

10. Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 15 minutes

11. Add the remaining onion and stir fry for 3 minutes.
