Sweet and sour pork ribs

1. Prepare materials, cut onions, ginger and garlic;

2. After the spareribs are washed, they will be soaked with water to remove the blood;

3. Heat a little oil in the pot, drain the water from the ribs and stir fry until the ribs are discolored, then add half a spoon of cooking wine to stir fry;

4. Stir fry the spareribs a little and turn them yellow. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry. Add in half a spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, some pepper, soy sauce, stir fry and color them evenly;

5. Pour boiling water into the ribs, then add the plum;

6. Cover the pot, turn to medium low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes;

7. When 1 / 3 of the soup is left, add half a teaspoon of salt and stir fry;

8. Continue to stir fry and collect the juice to make the pot.
