Delicious small intestine tofu casserole

Some time ago, my stomach and intestines were not very good. I dare not eat a lot of things at random. During this period of time, I was almost recuperating. I happened to see this recipe, so I tried to do it. The taste is really good, and the practice is very simple.

1. Saute ginger slices in oil pan and stir fry in small intestine.

2. Add wine, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, proper amount of water, rock sugar, star anise, cinnamon and boil over low heat.

3. Cut tofu into pieces and blanch. Stew the small intestine for about 1 hour until it is basically crisp and rotten. Add tofu and stew together.

4. Stew until the tofu tastes good, then collect the juice over high heat.
