Chinese style cooking method of delicious shrimp with eggplant flavor

The fresh shrimp in tomato sauce shared today can be used as the first dish of the dinner. It's especially popular in Western food. Although it's learned from the west, it's made according to our Chinese cooking method.

Practice:

1. First prepare the shrimp soup. The specific method is: put the peeled shrimp shell into the pot, and add liquor and water in the proportion of 1:1 (cover the shrimp shell).
