Every Spring Festival, peanuts are an indispensable delicacy besides sugar and melon seeds. I don't like baked peanuts very much. In my class, I like to eat crispy peanuts wrapped in sugar. Today, when I got the recipe, I tried it.
1. In a large bowl, separate the egg white from the yolk. Put the egg white in the bowl for later use. Add sugar to the egg white.
2. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction until it turns to syrup, and the syrup will be made. Heat the oil in the pot and fry the peanuts thoroughly.
3. When the peanuts are well cooked, drain the oil quickly and pour it into the egg liquid just stirred, and start to stir with chopsticks. The egg sugar liquid will gradually wrap on the peanut red skin, and continue to stir until the temperature becomes cool and the egg liquid is evenly wrapped.
