The best way to make spinach

Compared with the friends living in the city, it's a wonderful thing to grow vegetables at home. Because of the cold weather this year, the price of vegetables is soaring again and again, and a cabbage is about 10 yuan. The freshest dish our family grows is the spinach we picked today. It's used to make a nutritious and delicious breakfast for the children.

1. Clean the whole spinach tree, scrape the root with a knife, and then cut it into several spinach trees with appropriate thickness from the root.

2. Add a small amount of salt to the egg and break it up. Add some water to the starch and mix it into the egg.

3. Put the spinach in the flour and dip it with a layer of flour. Pat off the surplus flour. After all spinach is processed, heat the pan, turn the heat to 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil, put the spinach stained with flour into the egg liquid, dip the egg liquid and put it into the pan.

After both sides are fried with golden yellow, add ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and a proper amount of clear soup (or water) to make spinach contact with water to avoid dry leaves. 5. Take out the collapsed spinach and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
