Taste the taste of fake abalone in the arms of 2013 night meal

Maybe many people are very strange to hear the name of Baoyu in their arms. Why it's called Baoyu in their arms is because it looks like abalone, and we used Apricot abalone mushroom to have that wonderful taste. It's very simple. Let's see how to make this fake abalone.

1. Wash the pork, chop it into minced peppers, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, drain the peppers, add the pickled peppers to the minced pork, and stir in one direction.

2. Add some salt, chicken essence, five flavor powder, cooking wine and starch, mix well. Let stand for 20 minutes, marinate to taste.

3. Remove the sand line from the shrimp, rinse the shrimp, chop it into stuffing, put a little salt, cooking wine and mix well, then put it into the big bowl with meat stuffing. Cut the scallion and put it in. Cut the ginger and squeeze out the ginger juice. Put in a little sugar and mix well to make a filling.

4. Put in sesame oil and starch, mix well and wash mushrooms, cut off both ends. Cut it vertically to two-thirds of the inside of the mushroom, then cut it about 2cm away from the side and cut it into clip shape.

5. Put in some stuffing and finish all the mushroom clips. Heat the oil to about 60% heat, put into the mushroom clip one by one, fry for about 30 seconds, then turn it gently to make it evenly heated. Turn to medium heat and fry until the meat is well done.

6、 Take out the mushroom clip, turn it into a big fire, and then lower it into the mushroom clip again when the oil temperature is higher. Fry until the surface color is darker, and then take out the mushroom clip with a colander.

7. Take another frying pan, heat to a slight heat, add a little oil, turn to a low heat after the oil temperature rises, add tomato sauce, orange juice, a proper amount of sugar, a little salt, a proper amount of water, mix well into the sauce. Turn the heat, pour in the fried mushroom clip, stir fry, and then pour in a small amount of water starch twice to collect the thick sauce, drop in white vinegar, stir fry evenly. Dish out and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
