I can't see that it's tofu

Tofu is the most common food we can eat all the year round. Although it's not complicated, it's really delicious. I'm looking for the master's way.

Home style tofu:

1. Add a spoonful of yellow wine and seven or eight pieces of pepper to the pork and cook for about 20 minutes. It's fully cooked. It's easy to pierce it with chopsticks. Take out the slices for air cooling. Soak the fungus and dried mushroom. Blanch the slices of winter bamboo shoots. Cut the ribs of pepper and cut into diamond slices. Prepare the slices of pork.

2. Mince the onion and ginger, slice the garlic, chop the pickled peppers, mix the sauce in a bowl and then cut the tofu into triangular slices.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry it in tofu until it is golden on both sides, then fish out. Heat the oil in the pan, and stir fry the red oil in the pickled pepper.

4. Stir fry with onion, ginger, garlic and tempeh. Stir fry with sliced pork, agaric, mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots, green and red peppers and fried tofu.

5. Add 100ml broth, cook for 3-5 minutes, make tofu soft and pour into the bowl of juice, heat to thick, sprinkle with scallion and finish.
