Practice;

3. Use this time to mix the stuffing. Put the meat stuffing in the basin, use chopsticks to stir in the same direction, add a small amount of water, and then continue to stir, repeat three times, until the meat stuffing is more sticky.

5. Put the chopped onion and ginger into the meat stuffing, add pepper, soy sauce, dumpling stuffing seasoning, salt and stir evenly, and finally add sesame oil and stir evenly.
