Stir fried tofu with no ingredients can be made into a tea flavored tofu with some tea

Talking with friends, because the weather is getting colder and colder, I said it would be nice if I didn't go to work. It's not interesting for friends to say that. I said I wouldn't, and cooking wouldn't make me feel bored. Today, I make tofu, and I don't want to go out even if it's too cold, so two people want to eat something casually, and they match some tea leaves that have been soaked at home, although there is no way to mix with five-star wine Compared with the shops, it's also a rare delicacy.

Tea flavored tofu steps:

1. Wash and shred the onion and garlic, peel the peas, remove the tea leaves which have been soaked for two times, then roughly cut the tea leaves for use.

2. Boil beitofu in water for 1 minute, drain it, cool it and cut it into small pieces, put it into hot oil with salt, fry one side hard and turn yellow, turn it over and fry the other side gently, finally drain the oil.

3. Stir fry the bottom oil in a wok, put in half chopped green onion and garlic, then add 1 / 2 spoon Pixian bean paste (optional amount) and stir fry to make it fragrant, then add in maodouren, then mix in chopped tea and tofu, stir fry in high heat.

4. Pour 1 tablespoon of raw and old soy sauce into each, add tea water to the tofu, turn to medium and low heat and simmer to taste, sprinkle some sugar, then turn to high heat, wait until the soup is basically dried, add some salt, drop a few drops of sesame oil, add the remaining chopped green onion, mix evenly, and then use it in a dish.
