Star braised pork with hawthorn

Every family man will have a good dish, and our family is no exception. My father's practice of braised pork is absolutely comparable to that of a five-star hotel in my opinion. Friends who are biased against braised pork at home can learn from our family's practice. It's absolutely not greasy, and it's easy to eat, with endless aftertaste.

Procedure:

1. Cut pork slices, wash them, put some water in the pot, put pork slices and ginger slices in the pot, boil them over high heat, blanch them for 3 minutes, remove them and drain the water.

2. In another clean pot, add a little cooking oil, stir fry ginger slices, then put in the stewed streaky pork, stir fry the fat oil of streaky pork.

3. Add about 500ml of cooking wine enough to submerge the streaky pork. When the fire is over, put in dried Hawthorn slices and tangerine peel slices.

4. Add color to the old style. After that, transfer all the materials in the pot into the casserole, put in a handful of green onions, and simmer on a low heat.

5. After stewing for 1 hour, half of the soup is collected, and then add in the ice sugar to continue to simmer for half an hour. When the soup is thick, turn off the fire.
