Fried noodles and shrimps can be said to be the product of impulse, but I didn't expect to fall in love with it all of a sudden. I was going to make a prawn rice mix. At last, I didn't want to eat noodles, and I didn't want to fry shrimps either. I made this dish without any skills by chance, which is quite good as a TV watching shop.
1. Use toothpick to remove prawn intestines and prawn bags and rinse them. Sprinkle some salt and marinate for a few minutes.
2. Put the noodles into boiling water, cook them soft and take them out immediately. Cool them with tap water.
3. Drain the noodles that are too cold, and stick the dried starch on the end of the marinated prawns.
4. Wrap the prawn tail with the noodles soaked in water, fry in the oil pan until golden, remove the remaining oil.
