Make a mother's cauldron and stir fry milk for the baby

Fried milk method:

2. Put a little oil in the pot and fry the shrimps for one minute until cooked. Stir fry the shrimps and set aside. Wash the pot.

3. Pour half the milk into the basin, add starch, sugar and salt to taste and mix well.

4. Add in the egg white, break up the milk and egg white. Pour in the remaining milk and beat well together.

5. After the pot is heated, pour in the oil until it is 45% hot, and then pour in the milk and egg liquid. Stir continuously in one direction until the milk solidifies gradually. Add in the shrimps and stir quickly, then turn off the heat and dish.
