The best way to eat meigancai is to eat meigancai with pork. Why is it called Lianpeng with pork on the basis of meigancai with a small shape, which enriches the dining table, satisfies the taste buds, satisfies the visual enjoyment, and satisfies the fun of hands-on cooking.
Practice:
1. Prepare required materials. Stir fried vegetables and lotus seeds with water.
2. Add star anise, fragrant leaves and ginger into the water and cook for about 15 minutes, about 7 times.
3. Remove the streaky pork and immerse it in cold water, dry the water and brush a layer of honey.
4. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 80% hot. Put the meat skin down into the oil pan and fry until the meat skin bubbles.
5. Cut the meat into about 5mm pieces. Mix the sliced meat with soy sauce, soy sauce and cooking wine, marinate for 2 minutes.
6. Wrap the lotus seeds in slices of meat. Put the skin face down in the bowl.
7. Stir fry ginger, garlic and red pepper in hot oil in the pot. Drain the dried vegetables, stir fry them. Add a small amount of white sugar. Season with soy sauce.
8. Then, spread the fried dried vegetables on the surface of the meat roll and press it tightly. Put the bowl into the steamer and steam over medium heat for about 60 minutes.
