How long does it take to steam meat in a pressure cooker? The preparation for making steamed pork with flour is not complicated, but it takes a long time. Only because this dish is most afraid of the lack of heat, the meat pieces are not steamed for enough time to be soft, sticky and waxy, the fat and oil are exhausted, and the meat pieces are ready to be broken. Of course, you can use pressure cooker to save time, or spareribs instead of pork. Practice:

1. Grind the ginger into minced ginger, mash the fermented bean curd and milk, add in the soy sauce, old soy sauce, cooking wine, minced ginger, sugar and white pepper to make the marinade for use

2. Cut the streaky pork into thick slices, mix in the marinade and knead. Marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Mix the rice flour in the streaky pork until the rice flour is completely soaked and wet. If there is any dry part, add a little water.

4. Taro peeled, cut into small pieces about the size of streaky pork, evenly spread on the bottom of the steamer.

5. Spread the streaky pork with rice flour evenly on the taro, put it into the steamer, steam for 1.5-2 hours after boiling, until the meat and taro are soft.
