Minnan steamed yuan

Steamed yuan is also known as cooking egg. In fact, it's a small dish mainly composed of egg and fat. It's named "steamed yuan". The successful steamed yuan looks like the skin supply of our hometown. However, steamed yuan has a unique flavor of clear, fresh, light, crisp and slightly spicy. My favorite friend must not miss the delicious food.

Practice:

1. Cut pork streaky pork, mushroom and water chestnut into small cubes respectively, and then put duck eggs into the pot (leave one egg yolk and break it up).

2. Beat the eggs in the same direction, add pork dice, mushroom dice, water chestnut dice, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and clear soup respectively and mix well.
