Stir fried pork with garlic

1. Wash the fresh pig tongue, add water into the pot, blanch with ginger for 5-10 minutes.

2. Wash cold water immediately after taking out, and then scrape off the white film on the surface with a knife.

3. Scrape off the white film, wash it, and slice it.

4. Add some olive oil into the pot. After heating, stir fry ginger, dried pepper and garlic.

5. Add the pig tongue and stir fry quickly. Add a little water in between.

6. Add in the self-made pickled peppers and continue to stir fry. Before leaving the pot, put in vinegar, salt, chicken essence and sugar for seasoning.
