Braised oxtail with radish

1. Preparation materials: 600g oxtail, 1 carrot, soak oxtail in cold water for 3-4 hours in advance,

2. Add water and ginger to oxtail, add 1 pepper to blanch

3. Wash the boiled oxtail, peel the carrot and cut the hob

4. Pour the oil into the hot pot, stir fry the oxtail in the wok water until the surface is slightly burnt

5. Add 2 tbsp of cooking wine and 1.5 tbsp of raw soy sauce

6. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, add some anise and stir fry evenly

7. Add enough boiled water and heat for 2 hours

8. Add carrots and stir fry evenly. Add some sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.
