Simplified version of preserved vegetable with meat

1. Wash dried vegetables and soak in water for 30 minutes.

2. Add ginger, star anise and grass fruit, and cook in water for 30 minutes.

3. Heat the oil in a hot pot, put in the cooked streaky pork, fry one side of the pigskin into golden yellow, and then pour in the soy sauce to color it.

4. Cut the meat into about 1 cm pieces, and place the meat skin downward in the bowl.

5. Heat oil in hot pot, saute garlic and star anise, stir fry with plum and sugar, add broth and cook for 5 minutes.

6. Cover the meat with the sauteed vegetables and steam for 1 hour in a steamer.

7. Pour out the juice of the steamed vegetables, and then put the meat in the plate. Add a small amount of starch to the original juice and thicken it. Pour it on the meat.
