1. Sliced fern, shredded carrot, shredded meat, pickled sea rice, scallion, ginger and garlic.
2. Heat oil in hot pot, stir fry onion and ginger, add shredded pork and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add shredded carrot and sea rice and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add in the fern and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add in a few drops of yellow wine to make it fresh.
5. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste according to your taste.
