Stewed pork with mushroom

1) Wash the elbows, put them in the pot and boil them for a while, then remove the blood. Then remove the bone while it's hot.

2) Put on disposable gloves and evenly apply salt, chicken essence and pepper on both sides of the elbow.

3) After 2 hours of development, it is bound with string to avoid separation of skin and meat during stewing.

4) Put cold water into the elbow and bones. When the fire is over, remove the foam.

5) Then add onion, ginger, garlic and various spices.

6) Close the lid, simmer for about 2.5 hours, and wait for the skin and meat to crumble.
