Stir fried mutton with cumin is better than roasted mutton

1) Slice the mutton and heat it in an iron pot (do not put oil first)

2) Stir fry the meat slices in the pot until they are 7 minutes cooked. The purpose is to remove the moisture from the mutton and tighten it.

3) Take out the meat slices and pour out the water in the pot. Wash the pot, dry it, heat it,

4) Pour in a little oil and stir fry the meat slices in 7 minutes.

5) Add salt, pepper and cumin in turn. Stir fry for a few times and you'll be out of the pot.

Don't fry this dish too long, or the meat will be too old to eat.
