Radish, shrimp, radish, ginseng

1. Remove the shells and lines of shrimps, wash them and drain them, then chop them into mud and pork into mud

2. Leave a small part of shrimp tail for decoration, wash and drain, and then marinate it with a little cooking wine and salt

3. Mix minced meat, shrimp mud with cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, pepper, ginger and scallion

4. Peel the radish and cut it into even sized sections, then use a ball digger or spoon to dig out the middle.

5. Fill the hollowed radish with meat mud first, then put on the shrimp tail, and steam in a cold water pot for about seven or eight minutes.

6. When the radish is steamed, it will come out of the water. Thicken it with the steamed soup and pour it on the vegetables.
