Steamed pork balls with water chestnut and glutinous rice

1. Add water to the glutinous rice, soak it in the morning, chop the streaky pork, scallop and water chestnut;

2. Add some salt and sweet potato powder into the minced stuffing, mix well, scoop up a small spoon of meat and rub it into a small ball;

3. Roll the meatballs around the sticky rice, place them in the dish one by one;

4. Decorate the balls with a small carrot and steam for 10 minutes.
