Steamed pork ribs with sweet and spicy powder oil

1. Take a large container, pour all the marinade into it and mix evenly, put it into the chopped row, and marinate for 24 hours.

2. Take a proper amount of steamed meat powder and pour it into the marinated small row, so that the surface of steamed meat powder can be evenly pasted,

3. Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil or salad oil. (the purpose of refueling is to avoid hardening after powder steaming)

4. Put the mixed small row into the steamer and steam for 40 minutes.
