The best combination of two kinds of fresh mushrooms and bamboo shoots

1) Cut the winter bamboo shoots into sections or slices. Set aside. Soak mushrooms in salted water, wash and cut into pieces.

2) Add the oil in the pot over high heat. When the oil is 60% hot, add the onion and stir fry.

3) Stir fry winter bamboo shoots and mushrooms for a while, pour in soy sauce, change to medium heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
