Stir fried Holland beans with garlic

1) Remove the tendons on both sides of the Holland bean, wash it and blanch it in boiling water for 20 seconds, put it into cold water immediately after being fished out, soak it in cold water, drain it after being cooled thoroughly;

2) Wash and slice the red pepper. Peel garlic and press it into mud;

3) Pour in the oil in the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, put in the garlic and stir fry to make the flavor. Then put in the Holland bean and stir fry for 1 minute,

4) Put in red pepper slices and stir fry for half a minute. Stir in salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir well.
