Stir fried shrimps with leek

1. Wash the shrimps, peel off the shrimps, drain the water, slice from the back (do not cut off), spread and cut into shreds.

2. Wash the leek, drain the water and cut into 2cm long sections.

3. Heat the wok with oil, add onion and ginger to the wok, stir fry the flavor,

4. Quickly stir fry the shrimps for 3 seconds, cook in cooking wine, add soy sauce, salt and stir fry slightly.

5. Put in leek, stir fry for 5 seconds, pour in sesame oil, add chicken essence to taste and then out of the pot.
