Stir fried pork slices with black bean sauce

1. Wash and peel the pork, cut into thin slices, marinate with cooking wine and half spoon soy sauce.

2. Cut the red pepper into horse ears, green and scallion into long segments, ginger into shreds and garlic into slices.

3. Cut the dried tofu into slices, put a small amount of oil in the frying pan, and stir fry the pork to turn the color.

4. Add the Douban sauce, the dried mother's Douchi and ginger and stir fry until the oil red sauce is crisp.

5. Stir fry the red pepper, garlic and scallion sections to give the fragrance, and add the dried tofu to stir fry evenly.

6. Pour in 1 tbsp soy sauce, half teaspoon chicken powder, stir fry to taste, put in the green section, stir fry for two or three times and turn off the heat.
