Top healthy tofu with sauce

1. Wash the onion, cut it into thin wires, and carefully slice the tofu into slices of the same size.

2. Dip the tofu slices into a layer of raw powder in turn.

3. Put the oil in the non stick pot. After the oil is hot, fry the tofu slices in the pot until both sides are golden and then dish them out. Try not to stick each slice.

4. After the tofu is cooled, drain it into a bowl and spread onion shreds on it.

5. Add soy sauce, fresh soup, white pepper, brown sugar, pepper powder and some salt to the sauce.

7. Pour the flavor juice into the tofu, steam for 20 minutes in the steamer, decant the juice in the steaming bowl in the pot, and pour the tofu into the plate.

8. Mix a little water starch, pour it into the pot with original juice, and heat it to a transparent sauce over low heat, then turn off the heat.

9. Pour the sauce evenly on the tofu, and place the coriander or green vegetables on both sides.
