Stewed spareribs with pickled cabbage and vermicelli

1、 Wash and chop the ribs into 4 cm segments. Soak the vermicelli in warm water. Sliced pickles.

2. Put cold water and spareribs in the pot, boil over high heat, remove spareribs when there is a lot of froth, and then rinse them with warm water.

3. Put the spareribs flying over the water into the pressure cooker, then add the star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, dried peppers, ginger and yellow rice wine, add some water pressure for 15 minutes, then remove and drain. If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can also use a common pot to simmer for about 40 minutes until the ribs are soft and rotten.

4. Heat the oil in the frying pan over medium heat to 6 heat, add Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant, then add pickled vegetables and ribs in turn and stir fry for a while.

5. Put in the soaked vermicelli, stir well, add in the stewed pork ribs soup, cook for about 5 minutes until it tastes good.
