Stir fried shrimp with towel gourd

1. The loofah is peeled and cut into hob pieces; the straw mushroom is sliced, the garlic is chopped and the prawns are peeled (with tail) and then the mud intestines are removed with toothpicks and a knife on the back;

2. Put the shrimp in the bowl, seasoning with a little salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, raw powder and white pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes;

3. Heat up the oil in the pot, put in the shrimps and stir fry them quickly until they turn red, then fish them out for use;

4. Saute the garlic with the remaining oil, then add the straw mushroom, stir fry until slightly cooked, add the loofah and spray a little water on the surface, stir fry until the loofah is half cooked, mix in salt and chicken essence,

5. Add the fried shrimps and continue to stir fry. Before leaving the pot, pour in a small amount of water to thicken the sauce.
